Watch As Baby Killer Gets Punched In The Face At His Sentencing

An Indiana man who was convicted of murdering his own 3-month-old baby was sentenced in court and got some street justice.

Before the judge could levy his sentence at Kwin Boes the deceased baby’s uncle lept forward and punched Boes in the face, Fox News reported.

Kwin Boes was sentenced to 25 years — 19 years in prison and six on work release as part of a plea deal, according to FOX59. Boes was also ordered to pay for the child’s funeral expenses, WEVV-TV reported.

As Boes was walking out of court on Wednesday, video captured a man, later identified as Jeremiah Hartley, heading toward him and punching him in the face. Boes was left bloodied and one of his sandals went flying.

“He’s going through some things. He’s upset anyway,” Lisa Hartley the grandmother of the baby who was murdered said to WEVV-TV.

“That really upset him just to see him come out; I don’t know if he heard how much time he got or if he was just upset about his nephew. This is a horrible crime,” she said.

Hartley has been sentenced 179 days in prison for the punch on contempt and a misdemeanor battery charges.

The baby, Parker Boes, died in May 2018 from what authorities said was blunt force trauma to the baby’s head at the hands of his dad.

Should the man who punched him be free?

“Parker was such a sweetheart. He smiled all the time. He was just a happy baby. He wasn’t even three months old yet,” Hartley said.

“My grandson’s not coming back ever,” she said. “I don’t care what happens to Kwin. I don’t care what happens to him ever.

“I wish that the defendant and the court could’ve been in my shoes and had seen what I’d seen. To see this small baby lie there and fight for his life,” the baby’s grandfather Mike Hartley said.
